Tennis prediction: Federer with the 16th consecutive victory at the Australian Open

The defending title of the last two seasons Roger Federer has qualified for the third round of the Australian Open Tennis Championship. Melbourne`s six-elite champion and placed under number 3 in the main scheme overtaken the British Daniel Evans with 7:6 (5), 7:6 (3), 6:3 and recorded 16th consecutive victory at Melbourne Park.

The Swiss made 56 winnings, twice as much as his opponent, though at times he was having trouble with the windy weather. Federer missed set up at 6:5 in the first set but in the tiebreak he lost a 3:5 gap to lead the score.

In the second part he pulled an early break, 5:3 missed two sets in the lead of the opponent, and then Evans managed to break and flatten for 5:5. There was a new tiebreak in which the champion took a quick 3:0 lead and dominated to the end. In the third part, Federer lost only one point of his own service. He led with 4:1 and had no problems until the end. Last season`s finalist and number 6 in the Marin Cilic (Croatia) had a lot of difficulty against McKenzie Howardon (USA), but managed to win 7:5, 6:7 (9), 6:4, 6:4. He recorded 25 aces and 67 winnings, but he also made 56 unforced errors like it was predicted by tennis-picks. Cilic expects Fernando Verdasco, who has eliminated Radu Albot (Moldova) with 6:1, 7:6 (2), 6:3 in the third round. The quarterback quarterback Tomáš Berdih (Czech Republic) came to the third round after a definite 6:1, 6:3, 6:1 over Robin Haase (Netherlands) and his next rival would be number 18 in the Diego Schwarzmanhard on Dennis Kudla (USA) with 6:4, 7:5, 3:6, 6:7 (6), 6:4.
